All 7iDP products are backed up with our Crash Replacement Policy. This entitles you to a 50% discount* on helmets, protection and gloves if damaged in a crash, for the LIFETIME of the product.

 

We are all riders too, so we understand the need to have confidence in your kit which gives the freedom to push limits and progress. Riding sometimes gets wild and crashes happen and when safety equipment is compromised, it’s essential you replace it. For example, never continue to ride in a damaged helmet, your head is worth more than that! This applies to pads and gloves too.

What do we need from you?
• Pictures of the damaged product
• Model and size
• Full name
• Phone number
• Shipping address

 

We are obsessed with product development and on occasion may wish to inspect the crashed product to learn more.

 

In most instances, we will simply request the product is destroyed, a picture sent as confirmation and appropriate disposal.
